What if you stopped trying to have more faith—

You don't manufacture faith. You saturate yourself with the truth of who God is, what Jesus accomplished, and what is already yours because of Him.

The more you see God as He really is, the harder it becomes to agree with anything that contradicts Him.

You overwhelm your doubts with truth. You agree with God. And faith becomes the natural response.

This is what it means to live above what Christ defeated.
